Mango Salsa

1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon ectra virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate at least for an hour
